Leadership Council

The Leadership Council is designed to provide Smart Beginnings Shenandoah Valley with the highest level of support, advocacy and prominence in our regional community. The Council is made up of 15 senior-level decision-makers that represent the major sectors of the community.

Role of the Leadership Council

  • To provide guidance, direction, and recommendations to the IMPACT Team as it works to develop collaborative goals and objectives.
  • To engage key leaders and decision makers in supporting early childhood initiatives.
  • To identify and secure funding to support early childhood initiatives and projects.
  • To issue public statements that encourage community-wide support for early childhood.
